Requirements

• D3/S1 Secretary (priority D3).
• Required experience for minimum 5 years as Secretary/Personal Assistance.
• Able to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
• Demonstrated good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comprehend the document procedures and archive guidelines.
• Highly organized and excellent time management skills.
• Able to manages all correspondence relate to the organizational affairs.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Operating knowledge Ms. Office (Ms. Words, Ms. Excel, and Ms. Power Point) and Internet.
