Requirements

• Male and Female.
• Minimum University Degree/S1 (graduated/have diploma), with minimum GPA of 3.00 for S1 and 3.25 for S2 on a 4.00 grade scale.
• Maximum age of 25 years old for S1 and 27 years old for S2.
• Graduated from a leading and reputable University with background in any field, except Medical, Nursing, Literature, Art, Education/Teacher, and Religion.
• Good looking with proportional height and weight.
• • Male : minimum height of 170 cm.
  • Female : minimum height of 160 cm.
• Not married and willing not to get married during the training program.
• Willing to be placed in all the working area of Bank BJB.
• Willing to undergo bonds of service. 

General Requirements

• No direct family currently working as an active employee of Bank BJB up with 2nd degree (father / mother / grandfather / grandmother / husband / wife / son / brother / sister).
• Neat and good looking.
• Demonstrated good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Healthy physically and spiritually and free from the influence of narcotics and other addictive substances.
• Have good integrity, discipline and high commitment.
• Pass the recruitment selection held by Bank BJB.
