PT Adhi Persada Beton - PT APB or known as "Adhi Persada Beton" is a rapid growing construction company in Indonesia with core competencies in precast concrete industry. Based in Jakarta, Adhi Persada Beton operates primarily as a producers of precast concrete products. Its business include industrial work, export-import and trading of precast concrete, and related business activities. PT Adhi Persada Beton is a directly-owned subsidiary company of PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk, one of the largest state-owned general construction services in Indonesia. As of 31 December 2016, PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk is the majority shareholder and holds 99% of the shares in PT Adhi Persada Beton. Adhi Persada Beton now has 2 precast factories located at Sadang Purwakarta West Java and Mojokerto Central Java

In term of financial performance, during the year 2016 the growth of Adhi Persada Beton remains solid. According to PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk Financial Report 2016 as cited by JobsCDC.com, Adhi Persada Beton reported total assets of Rp 473.97 billlion in 2016. This total assets figures significantly rise 23.42% better than 2014 period (Rp 384.00 billion). Referring to its financial report, Adhi Persada Beton booked total revenue of Rp 1,332.83 billion in 2016 as compared with Rp 149.01 billion in the previous year.

General Maintenance Production (Code : GMP)

Requirements

• Maximum age of 35 years old
• Background in Diploma and Bachelor Degree or equivalent (D3/D4/S1), majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 (scale 4.00).
• Have experience in the related field.
• Able to be a problem solver in a factory environment.
• Understand how machines work and the production process.
• Understand the system, way of working and methods of maintaining industrial tools.

Kepala Pabrik Precast (Code : KPP)

Requirements

• Maximum age of 40 years old
• Background in Diploma and Bachelor Degree or equivalent (D3/D4/S1), majoring in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 (scale 4.00).
• Previous experience in leading the factory with a minimum of 300 workers.
• Have a good understanding of manpower regulation.
• Able to be a problem solver in a factory environment.
• Understand how production processes work.

Manager Engineering (Code : MEng)

Requirements

• Maximum age of 35 years old
• Background in Diploma and Bachelor Degree or equivalent (D3/D4/S1), majoring in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 (scale 4.00).
• Previous experience in the related field.
• Able to be an engineering problem solver.
• Understand the planning, product applications and production processes.
• Have a good understanding of engineering standard both local and international.
• Mastering computerized program structure language. 

Manager Produksi (Code : MProd)

Requirements

• Maximum age of 35 years old
• Background in Diploma and Bachelor Degree or equivalent (D3/D4/S1), majoring in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 (scale 4.00).
• Previous experience in leading the factory with a minimum of 300 workers.
• Have a good understanding of manpower regulation.
• Able to be a problem solver in a factory environment.
• Understand how production processes work.

Manager QHSE (Code : MQ)

Requirements

• Maximum age of 40 years old
• Background in Diploma and Bachelor Degree or equivalent (D3/D4/S1), majoring in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 (scale 4.00).
• Previous experience in leading the factory with a minimum of 300 workers.
• Have a good understanding of manpower regulation.
• Able to be a problem solver in a factory environment.
• Understand how production processes work.
• Possess certification in K3 Umum and Quality Auditor.

Precast Quality Control (Code ; QC)

Requirements

• Maximum age of 35 years old
• Background in Diploma and Bachelor Degree or equivalent (D3/D4/S1), majoring in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 (scale 4.00).
• Previous experience in the related field.
• Able to be a problem solver in a factory environment.
• Understand how production processes work.
• Understanding basic quality control in the field of precast.

General Requirements

• Have a good health and not color blind.
• Operating knowledge of Computer and internet application.
• Willing to be placed in all working unit of Adhi Persada Beton.
• Able to build internal and external networking.
• Have good attitude, visionary, integrity and loyalty.
• Able to plan, execute, control and evaluate daily targets.
• Have a similar field experience is preferred.
• Concern for QHSE implementation and control.
