PT Angkasa Pura Properti was established in 2012 to develop a non-productive land owned by Angkasa Pura Airports Group.

In 2015, Angkasa Pura Property continues to deliver a strong performance. According to PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Annual Report 2015 as cited by JobsCDC.com, PT Angkasa Pura Properti booked total assets of Rp 209.42 billion in 2015, an increase of 284.07% from the previous year of Rp 54.52 billion. Total operating revenue grew 296.76% to Rp 70.51 bilion from Rp 17.77 billion. Total income after tax in 2015 amounted to Rp 5.41 billion as compared with loss Rp 1.95 billion in 2014.

Civil Engineer Staff (Site)

Requirements

• Maximum age of 28 years old.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree (S1) from a leading university with GPA 3.00, majoring in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in the related field, preferably as Staff in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with strong analytical ability, good organizational and planning skills.
• Computer literate with expertise in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).
• Willing to be placed in every airport around Indonesia.

Construction Manager

Requirements

• Maximum age of 40 years old.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor or Master Degree (S1/S2), majoring in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in the related field, preferably as Assistant Manager/  Manager specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Have good technical knowledge of Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel.
• Possess certification in Project Management.
• Fluent in English.
• Full-time position(s) available.
