• S2: maximum age of 28 years old.
• Fresh Graduate.
• Cumulative Achievement Index (GPA) from a scale of 4.00
• S1: minimum GPA of 2.75 (PTN) or 3.00 (PTS).
• S2: minimum GPA of 3.00 (PTN) or 3.25 (PTS).
• All majoring disciplines, preferably: Actuarial / Accounting / Insurance / Visual Communication Design / Economics / Law / Communication / Management / Mathematics / Fisheries / Shipping / Mining / Agriculture / Psychology / Statistics / Mechanical Engineering / Civil Engineering / Civil Engineering / Transportation.

Requirements

• S1: maximum age of 25 years old.
• Cumulative Achievement Index (GPA) from a scale of 4.00
• S1: minimum GPA of 2.75.
• Required education disciplines: Computer Engineering / Information Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Statistics / Mathematics or equivalent.

General requirements

1. Indonesian citizens (WNI);
2. Does not have a kinship as a nuclear family with employees at ASKRINDO;
3. Not married and willing not to get married during the trainee period and 1 year starting from being a permanent employee;
4. Willing to undergo service ties for 5 years;
5. Willing to be placed in all work areas of the company;
6. Physically and mentally healthy, and drug-free;
7. Do not become party members or administrators and/or engage in practical politics;
8. Not a member or administrator of a prohibited organization;
