Requirements:

• Male, not older than 30 years of age.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring in Human Resource Management, Administration, Information System or any similar major with a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00-grade scale.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HRM especially in the HRIS/Human Resource Information System area.
• Have a wide knowledge of People and Organizational Development.
• Good communication skills in English both oral and business writing.
• Have an EPIC Culture (Entrepreneurship, Professionalism, Innovative and Competitive)
• Willing to be assigned in all over Indonesia.
