• Have good design and writing skills

Project Administration Staff (CODE: PAHO)

Requirements

• S1 Engineering / Management (Preferably Industrial Engineering).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of Energy.
• Experienced in managing geothermal business licensing.
• Have good knowledge and experience regarding Project Management.
• Have general knowledge about activities in geothermal exploitation.
• Have good negotiation and communication skills.
• Have good writing skills

Project Operation Staff (CODE: POSHO)

Requirements

• S1 Mechanical Engineering / Electrical / Industry / Geology / Geochemistry / Geophysics. S2 Geothermal Engineering is an added value.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of Energy.
• Have experience with practices in geothermal exploitation.
• Have a good understanding of geothermal utilization (Engineering and Geoscience).
• Have good communication and writing skills.
• Skilled in using Ms. Project.

Project Portfolio & Structuring Staff (CODE: PPSHO)

Requirements

• S1 Mechanical Engineering / Electrical / Industry / Geology / Geochemistry / Geophysics. S2 Geothermal Engineering / Finance / Management / Economics is an added value
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of Energy.
• Have experience with practices in loan agreements and PPA / PTA processes in geothermal activities.
• Have good Project Financial Model skills.
• Have good Project Risk Management skills.
• Skilled in using Ms. Project.

Cash Transaction Staff (CODE: CBHO)

 

Requirements

• S1 Accounting
• Minimum 1 year of experience in finance is preferred. Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
• Have a good knowledge of tax.
• Preferably have experience with SAP software.
• Thorough and detail-oriented.
• Able to journalize and make cash flow.

Risk Management Assistant Manager (CODE: RMHO)

Requirements

• S1 Accounting / Finance / Management / Geological Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of Risk Management.
• Have a good understanding of the Enterprise Risk Management process.
• Have good knowledge about geothermal business.
• Have skills in the process of risk management, risk assessment, and providing risk management.
• Have good knowledge is using SAP software.
• Have good communication skills.

General Requirements

• Minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Active in English.
• Mastering Microsoft Office.
• Honest and discipline
• Physically and mentally healthy
• Have high initiative and creative.
