Collection Officer (CO)

Requirements

• Male or Female (age between 21-35 years old).
• Minimum Diploma III (D3) in any field (minimum GPA of 2.80);
• Minimum 1-year work experience as a Collection (Preferably in the Property or Financial Industry).
• Have good self-control, strong in numbers and communication skills.
• Able to work as a team or individually.
• Have good knowledge of the property industry.
• Computer literate.
• Good looking.
• Have good problem solving and negotiating skills.
• Have good knowledge Customer Relationship Management and Customer Complaints Handling.
• Willing to be placed in all PT WKR's projects or subsidiaries.
