Bank BTN is recognized as one of the oldest banks in Indonesia. Bank BTN was first established in 1897 during the Dutch Colonial era and initially registered as Postspaarbank.  In 1950, Bank BTN transformed to Bank Tabungan Pos, and then renamed to Bank Tabungan Negara in 1963. In December 2009, Bank BTN went public and conducted its initial public offering (IPO) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Bank BTN's shares are listed on IDX under reference code BBTN. As of December 2018, Bank BTN is 60% owned by the Government of Indonesia and 40% by public shareholders (16.82% local investors and 23.18% foreign investors).

These figures reflected a growth of 17.24% from Rp261.37 trillion in 2017. Requirements

• Indonesian citizens.
• Male and Female.
• Not married and willing not get married for 1 year.
• Maximum age of 26 years (not yet the 27th birthday in the current recruitment year).
• Minimum education of S1 from reputable PTN / PTS and have a good reputation with a minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale. Preferably from the Economics, Management, Accounting, and Civil Law Development Studies, Computer Science, Communication, Information Engineering, Civil Engineering Architecture, Electrical, Psychology, and Statistics.
• Minimum height 160 cm for Male and 155 cm for Female.
• Proportional body weight and attractive appearance.
• Willing to undergo service ties for 5 years.
• Does not have a family relationship with Bank BTN employees (father/mother/child/sister/ brother).
