Domiciled in Jakarta, the Bank as of December 2018 has 6 regional offices, 76 branch offices, 24 sharia branch offices, 304 sub-branch offices, 48 sharia sub-branch offices, 468 cash offices, 8 sharia cash offices, 48 payment points, 13 sharia payment points, 3 service office equivalent to sub-branch office, and 2,9848 service offices equivalent to cash offices spread across Indonesia.

These figures reflected a growth of 17.24% from Rp261.37 trillion in 2017. Referring to its annual report, Bank BTN's total loan and financing portfolios amounted to Rp237.76 trillion or up 19.48% from the previous position at Rp198.99 trillion.
