Perum Perumnas is a reputable state-owned company in Indonesia, running business in housing industry. Perum Perumnas operates primarily as a providers of housing and settlement in Indonesia. Domiciled in Jakarta, Perum Perumnas now has 7 Regional Offices, 2 Business Unit and Strategic Projects Offices spread in all over Indonesia. As at the end of December 2017, PERUMNAS have a workforce of over 1,077 people.

Total assets in 2017 amounted to Rp 7,998.43 billion, increased by 21.80% from Rp 6,566.99 billion in 2016.

Requirements

• Male, age under 30 years old is preferred.
• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree (D3 / S1).
• Fresh Graduate / experienced as a photographer and graphic designer.
• Skilled in using DSLR, Mirrorless, Handycam, Drone (Conditional).
• Have an understanding and able to conduct product / property photography (indoor / outdoor) and photo / video editing.
• Skilled in using Graphic Design and Video Editing Software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator / CorelDraw, Adobe Premiere).
• Take responsibility and maintain the photographic equipment used.
• Able to work together in teams, honest, disciplined, communicative and highly motivated.
• Able to work under pressure and according to deadlines.
• Willing to work in the weekend and official travel if needed at any time.
• Have a portfolio.
