- Minimum Associate Degree (D3) majoring in Accounting, Management, Law, Information Technology, Information System or other majors that are still relevant to banking industry.
- Minimum GPA of 2.75 (PTN) and 3.00 (PTS).
- Good looking with the minimum height of 155 cm for Female and 165 cm for Male.
- Physically and mentally healthy.
- Honest and workmanlike.
- Able to work in a team or individually.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office and Internet).
