PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) - PT PLN (Persero) or known as "PLN" is the Electricity Company of Indonesia, fully-owned by the Government of Indonesia. PT PLN (Persero) is the national electricity company of Indonesia, running business in the field of integrated electricity industry. PT PLN (Persero) has a right to monopoly on electricity distribution in Indonesia. Its business include generation, distribution, transmission and other electricity related services. PLN was first established in 1945 as Jawatan Listrik dan Gas under the Department of Public Works and Energy.  PT PLN (Persero) is the only state-owned company in the electricity power sector in Indonesia. Headquartered in Jakarta, PT PLN (Persero) now has 15 area offices, 6 distribution unit offices, 2 Distribution and Load Control Centers, 6 Generation units, 14 Parent Project Units and 6 Central and Services Units spread across Indonesia. PT PLN (Persero) also supported by 11 key subsidiary companies.

According to information found in PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) Annual Report 2017 as cited by JobsCDC.com, PT PLN (Persero) maintain consistency in making positive performance in the business year of 2017. PT PLN (Persero) booked total asset of Rp1,334.96 trillion in 2017. This number is up 4.93% from Rp1,272.18 trillion in 2016. PT PLN (Persero) reported total revenue of Rp255.30 trillion at the end of 2017. This number is reflected an increase of around 14.6% compared to Rp222.82 trillion in the previous year.

Requirements

• Maximum age of 45 years old.
• Education background in Bachelor or Master Degree (S1/D4/S2) in Marketing, Business Management, Property Management, Asset Management.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 (scale 4.00).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of business development and property marketing.
• Have competencies in property development and property marketing, property area management.
• Have orientation of business and asset commercialization.
• Have a wide knowledge and networking, especially in the field of property business or property construction.
• Preferably have Property Appraisal Certificate.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
