PT Angkasa Pura Solusi is a strategic subsidiary company of state-owned airport operator PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero). As today, PT Angkasa Pura Solusi is 99.997% owned by PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) or Angkasa Pura II Group and other 0.003% remaining shares in PT APSolusi was owned by Luthfi Edrus. According to information found in PT APSolusi's website as cited by JobsCDC.com, PT Angkasa Pura Solusi was first established in 1996 and originally registered as PT Angkasa Pura Schipol. PT Angkasa Pura Schipol is a joint venture company with a 50/50 shareholding between PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) and Schiphol Management Services BV. The name of PT Angkasa Pura Solusi officially launched in 2011 after Schipol International BV agreed to transfer its 14.999% shares to PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero).

Requirements
- Male / Female (single), maximum age of 25 years old.
- Education minimum High school / vocational high school (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Minimum height of 168 cm for Male and 162 cm for Female (proportional).
- Preferably have a personnel skill letter (STKP) that is active at least 1 year before the expiration period expires. For those who do not have STKP if they are declared pass, they are willing to take part in basic aviation security training at the company-appointed institution.
- Have the ability to speak English.
- Physically and mentally healthy and drug free as evidenced by notice letter of health condition.
- Not color blind and not wearing glasses (contact lenses) as evidenced by notice letter of health condition.
- Not tattooed and pierced (for Male only).
- Willing to work shifting
- Willing to be placed in all PT Angkasa Pura Solusi work areas.
