Human Resources Development (HRD)

Requirements:

• Male or Female are welcome to apply.
• Minimum Bachelor of Psychology from a leading and accredited College.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in management and development of Human Resource Development (HRD).
• Experience as an HRD Staff and have strong understanding about General Affairs.
• Have strong understanding about Payroll and Attendance Management.
• have strong understanding about Employee Recruitment.
• have strong understanding about Social Security (JAMSOSTEK), BPJS and others.
• Willing to work overtime.
• Able to communicate well.
• Domiciled in Jakarta.

Sekretaris (SKR)

Requirements

• Maximum age of 35 years old.
• Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) Secretary from a leading and accredited College. Tarakanita College of Communication and Secretary is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as Secretary.
• Good looking.
• Active English (oral and written).
• Operating knowledge of Microsoft Computer programs (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Both in personality and communication skills.
• Hardworking and able to handle tight deadlines.
• Have good knowledge of good corporate governance practices
• Able to work flexibly.
• Domiciled in Jakarta.
