According to information found in Krakatau Posco's website as cited by JobsCDC.com, PT Krakatau Posco was formed in 2010 to answer the increasing of domestic steel demands, especially for construction, shipbuilding, manufacturing and slab for raw materials of HSM KRAS. Krakatau Posco's steel mills was inaugurated in 25 December 2013. In the first phase of the project, Krakatau Posco's steel mills will produce 3 million tons of steel slab and plate per year. At second phase of the project will reach 6 million tons annually.

• Male.
• Education background in Senior High School or equivalent (SMA/MA/SMK), majoring in following disciplines
• • SMK : Mechanical Engineering, Electricity Engineering, Chemical Engineering.
  • SMA/MA : IPA, IPS (experienced in manufacturing industry).
• Minimum age of 18 years and maximum 25 years old on 1 June 2019.
• Minimum average diploma score of 7.
• Minimum height of 160 cm and not color blind.
• Physcally and mentally healthy.
• Not currently undergoing official ties with other companies or agencies.
