- Bachelor/Master Degree (S1/S2) from Psychology, Law, Management, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Fresh Graduate (max. 1 year experience).
- Maximum age of 25 years old.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbally).
- Willing to be placed in all around Indonesia.
