PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) - Pelindo 2 or most commonly known as Indonesia Port Corporation (or referred to as "IPC Group") is a leading state-owned sea port and logistics company in Indonesia. Together with its 17 directly owned subsidiary and affiliated companies, IPC Group offers services in the field of ship services, cargo services, and other related services. PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) is a non listed state-owned company and is 100% owned by the Government of Indonesia which represented by the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (SOE). With main branch in Tanjung Priok Port Jakarta, IPC Group now has 10 operational areas and 12 port branch offices spread in the western part of Indonesia, comprise of  Port of Teluk Bayur West Sumatera, Port of Pulau Baai Bengkulu, Port of Jambi, Port of Palembang South Sumatera, Port of Pangkal Balam Bangka Belitung, Port of Panjang Lampung, Port of Tanjung Pandan Bangka Belitung, Port of Tanjung Priok DKI Jakarta, Port of Sunda Kelapa DKI Jakarta, Port of Banten, Port of Cirebon West Java, Port of Pontianak West Kalimantan.

In term of financial performance,  IPC Group recorded a satisfiying financial result in 2017. According to information found in PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Annual Report 2017 as cited by JobsCDC.com, IPC Group registered total revenues of of Rp10.91 trillion in 2017. This number is equivalent with an 22.27% increase as compared with total revenues recorded in 2016 worth of Rp8.93 trillion. Total net profit in 2017 was Rp2.21 trillion or 43.49% higher than the realized in 2016 worth of Rp1.54 trillion.

Requirements

• Maximum age of 45 years old on 31 January 2018.
• Have a minimum tenure of 3 (three) years as outsourcing workers / pekerja alih daya in the environment of IPC Group.
• Minimum education for Senior High School (SMA / SMEA / SMK) and or equivalent.
• Enthusiastic and able to work together in teams.
• Eager to learn and able to develop themselves.
• Willing to be placed in all areas of IPC Group.
