The Company was first established in 1987 and initially registered as PT Asuransi Jiwa BRIngin Jiwa Sejahtera. The name of PT Asuransi BRI Life officially established in 2017. BRI Life's total net profit in 2017 increased by 53.36% from Rp214.02 billion in 2016 to Rp328.22 billion in 2017. Total assets increased by 32.16% in 2017 from Rp6.18 trillion in 2016 to Rp8.16 trillion in 2017.
