PT Pembangkitan Jawa Bali Services - PJBS or widely known as PJB Services is a reputable electricity power generation company located in Sidoarjo East Java. PJB Services was formed in 2001 and engaged in total solution for power generation business, including power plants operations and maintenance services. PT Pembangkitan Jawa Bali Services is a directly-owned subsidiary company of PT Pembangkitan Jawa Bali (PJB), a subsidiary company of state-owned electricity firm PT PLN (Persero). At present, PJB Services is 98% owned by PJB and 2% by Yayasan Kesejahteraan dan Pendididikan PJB. PJB Services now has 1 subsidiary company PT Mitra Karya Prima (92% owned by PJB Services).

According to information found in PT Pembangkitan Jawa Bali Annual Report 2017 as cited by JobsCDC.com, PJB Services booked total revenues of Rp 1,625.30 billion in 2017. This number is up 20.58% from Rp 1,348.13 billion in 2016. Referring to its annual report, total net income of PJB Services in 2017 was Rp 157.66 billion. This number is equivalent with an 4.91% increase as compared with total net income in 2016 worth of Rp 150,28 billion.

Requirements

• S1 degree in any field.
• Experienced in the field of marketing and commercial in electricity power sector.

Senior Project Management (SrPM)

Requirements

• S1 degree in any field.
• Experienced as Project Manager in electricity power sector.

Organization Development Officer (ODO)

Requirements

• S1 degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Experienced in the field of Organizational Management.

Risk Management Officer (ORM)

Requirements

• S1 degree in Engineering.
• Experienced in the field of risk management.
• Possess certification in CRMO.

Compliance Officer (OCO)

Requirements

• S1 degree in Engineering.
• Experienced in as an Auditor.

Auditor (AUD)

Requirements

• S1 degree in Accounting, Financial Management.
• Experienced in the field of auditor for at least 3 years.
• Possess certification in QIA.

Product & Business Development Officer (OPD)

Requirements

• S1 degree in Engineering.
• Experienced in the field of Business Development (preferably in electricity power sector).
• Fluent in English (active and passive).

Supply Chain Management Officer (OSC)

Requirements

• S1 degree in Industrial Engineering, Management.
• Experienced in the field of supply chain management.

Marketing Officer (OMK)

Requirements

• S1 degree in any field.
• Experienced as a Marketing (preferably in electricity power sector).
• Fluent in English (active and passive).

Environment Officer (OEV)

Requirements

• S1 degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering.
• Experienced in the field of environmental (possess certification in MPPA, MPPU, PLB3 is preferred).
• Not color blind.

Corporate Communication & Branding Officer (OCB)

Requirements

• S1 degree in Communication.
• Experienced in the field of public relation.
• Fluent in English (active and passive).

General Requirements

• Maximum age of 45 years old for Officer level and 50 years old for Senior Officer level.
• Physically and mentally healthy.
• Do not have physical disabilities that can hinder work.
• Not currently related to other agencies / companies.
• Drug free.
• Ready to be placed in all work units of PT PJB Services.
