Headquartered in Jakarta, PAMA now has 3 subsidiary companies; PT Kalimantan Prima Persada, PT Pama Indo Mining, and PT Multi Prima Universal. 

According to information found in PT United Tractors Tbk Annual Report 2016 as cited by JobsCDC.com, PAMA managed to record total net revenue of Rp 24 trillion in 2016. This number is down 21% from the previous year of Rp 30.5 trillion. Referring to its annual report, total overburden removal was down by 8% from 766.6 million bcm in 2015 to 701.5 million bcm in 2016. Total coal production in 2016 was 109.2 million tons or similar with the previous year.

Requirements

Human Capital Group Leader

Requirements

• S1 Industrial Engineering, Psychology.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00.

Finance & Accounting Officer

Requirements

• D3 Accounting.
• Minimum GPA of  2.75.

Information System Officer

Requirements

• D3 Informatics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Management, Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00.

Reporting & Programing Officer

Requirements

• S1 Informatics Engineering.
• Minimum GPA of  3.00.

Engineering Group Leader

Requirements

• S1 Geological Engineering, Geodesy, Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering.
• Minimum GPA of  3.00.

Production Group Leader

Requirements

• S1 Environmental Engineering, Geological Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering.
• Minimum GPA of  3.00.

Management Development Officer

Requirements

• S1 Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum GPA of  3.00.

General Requirements

• Willing to be placed throughout the PAMA Jobsite.
• Maximum age 27 years old (Fresh graduate), 35 years old (Experienced).
• Roster 8 weeks onsite, 2 weeks offsite
