As of December 2014, PT PAL Indonesia (Persero) supported by 1,267 dedicated employees.

According to information found in the Indonesian State-Owned Enterprises Profile 2014 issued by the Ministry of State Enterprises (SOEs) as cited by JobsCDC.com, PT PAL Indonesia (Persero) showed improved performance in 2014 as compared to 2013. PT PAL Indonesia (Persero) reported total profit of Rp 13.9 billion in 2014 as compared with loss of Rp 382.2 billion in 2013. PT PAL Indonesia (Persero) booked total revenue in 2014 amounted to Rp 561.1 billion. This number is decreased by 32.94% as compared to the year 2013 amounted to Rp  836.8 billion.

General Requirements

• Indonesian Citizen (WNI), Male or Female.
• Physically and mentally healthy (not involved in drugs).
• Well behaved as evidenced by SKCK.
• Never dismissed due to disciplinary punishment.
• Maximum age of 40 years old on January 2019.
• Strong managerial and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have integrity, strong will (enthusiasm), and high dedication to promote and develop the company.
• Hard workers and able to work in a team.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Advanced knowledge of shipping business is preferred.
• Willing to resign from working relationship with other institution if passed the selection.

Special Requirements

• Minimum graduate with Bachelor of Accounting (S1).
• Possess at least one professional certificate (CA/CPA/CPSAK/Dip IFR/CIA/CISA/PIA/QIA).
• Experienced > 5 years as an Auditor, preferably have experience in public accounting firm (KAP/BPKP/BPK).
• Strong understanding of PSAK.
