PT Mandiri Tunas Finance - PT MTF is a rapid growing company in Indonesia, running business in financial services industry. PT MTF has core business competencies in automotive financing. Headquartered in Jakarta, PT MTF offers a full range of automotive financing products. PT MTF is a directly-owned subsidiary company of state-owned lender PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (Bank Mandiri Group). At present, Bank Mandiri Group holds 51% shares in PT Mandiri Tunas Finance. Other 49% remaining shares in PT Mandiri Tunas Finance was owned by PT Tunas Ridean Tbk. As of December 2017, MTF offer services through 99-plus branch offices and directly employs nearly 3,467 employees throughout Indonesia.

In the business year of 2017, PT MTF recorded a positive performance growth. According to information found in PT Mandiri Tunas Finance Annual Report 2017 as cited by JobsCDC.com, PT MTF managed to record total new financing of Rp22.20 trillion in 2017. This number is increased Rp3.6 trillion or 19.2% Year on Year (YoY) from Rp18.6 trillion in the previous year. Total Revenue in 2017 amounted to Rp2.74 trillion. This number increased 11.8% YoY from Rp 2.45 trillion in 2016. Referring to its annual report, total current profit of 2017 reached Rp 350.24 billion or increased by 4.43% from 2016 of Rp335.37 billion.

Requirements

• Education minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from the Department of Informatics, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, and Electrical.
• Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 grade scale.
• Maximum age of 25 years old.
• Able to speak English (oral and written).
• Have organizational experience.
• Single/not married and willing not to get married during the education period.
• Willing to be placed at the Mandiri Tunas Finance Head Office Central Jakarta.
• Willing to undergo an official bond within the stipulated time.
• Test location : Jakarta.
