Requirements

• Minimum Senior High School (SMA) or Diploma Degree (D3)
• Previous experience in consumer collection for at least 1 year will be an advantage.
• Able to communicate well.
• Strong understanding about banking products (especially consumer banking products)
• Oriented to results / target achievement.
• Have good negotiation skills.
