Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelors Degree (S1), preferably majoring in Business, Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent.
• Required experience for at least 5 years as General Manager or Director in building maintenance field is the main requirement for this position.
• Possessing a good knowledge in building business development is required for this position.
• Professional and attractive personality, good and proven leadership skill.
• High achiever, action oriented, and team player.
• Good English skill (speaking, listening).
