Team Leader (Code : MK 1)

Requirements

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering / Architecture from a leading and accredited universities.
• Required experience as a Civil Engineering / Architecture Expert for minimum 15 years.
• Preferably possess a Certificate of Expertise (SKA).
• Previous experience as a Team Leader.

Construction Manager (Code : MK 2)

Requirements

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering / Architecture from a leading and accredited universities.
• Required experience as a Civil Engineering / Architecture Expert for minimum 10 years.
• Preferably possess a Certificate of Expertise (SKA).
• Previous experience as a Construction Manager.

Ahli Sipil (Code : MK 3)

Requirements

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering from a leading and accredited universities.
• Required experience as a Civil Engineering Expert for minimum 8 years.
• Preferably possess a Certificate of Expertise (SKA).

Ahli Arsitektur (Code : MK 4)

Requirements

• Bachelor of Architecture from a leading and accredited universities.
• Required experience as an Architecture Expert for minimum 8 years.
• Preferably possess a Certificate of Expertise (SKA).

Ahli Mekanikal Elektrikal Plumbing (Code : MK 5)   

Requirements

• Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering from a leading and accredited universities.
• Required experience as a Plumbing Mechanical Electrical Expert for minimum 8 years.
• Preferably possess a Certificate of Expertise (SKA).

Ahli Quantity Surveyor (Code : MK 6)

Requirements

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering from a leading and accredited universities.
• Required experience as a Civil Engineering Expert for minimum 8 years.
• Preferably possess a Certificate of Expertise (SKA).
• Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor Expert.

Ahli Quality Control (Code : MK 7)

Requirements

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering from a leading and accredited universities.
• Required experience as a Civil Engineering Expert for minimum 8 years.
• Preferably possess a Certificate of Expertise (SKA).
• Previous experience as a Quality Control Expert.

Ahli Landscape (Code : MK 8)

Requirements

• Bachelor of Landscape Architecture Engineering from a leading and accredited universities.
• Required experience as a Landscape Expert for minimum 8 years.
• Preferably possess a Certificate of Expertise (SKA).

Ahli Lingkungan (Code : MK 9)

Requirements

• Bachelor of Environmental Engineering from a leading and accredited universities.
• Required experience as an Environmental Expert for minimum 8 years.
• Preferably possess a Certificate of Expertise (SKA).

Ahli Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (Code : MK 10)

Requirements

• Bachelor from a leading and accredited universities.
• Required experience as a K3 Expert/Safety Manager/HSE Officer for minimum 6 years.
• Preferably possess a Certificate of Expertise (SKA).

Ahli Geodesi (Code : MK 11)

Requirements

• Bachelor of Geodesy Engineering from a leading and accredited universities.
• Required experience as a Geodesy Expert for minimum 8 years.
• Preferably possess a Certificate of Expertise (SKA).

Ahli Kontrak (Code : MK 12)

Requirements

• Bachelor from a leading and accredited universities.
• Required experience as a Contract Law for construction work expert for minimum 8 years.
• Preferably possess a Certificate of Expertise (SKA).

Pengawas Sipil (Code : MK 13)

Requirements

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering from a leading and accredited universities.
• Required experience as an Expert Staff/Inspector/Civil Inspector for minimum 3 years.
• Preferably possess a Certificate of Expertise (SKA).

Pengawas Arsitektur (Code : MK 14)

Requirements

• Bachelor of Architecture Engineering from a leading and accredited universities.
• Required experience as an Expert Staff/Inspector/Architecture Inspector for minimum 3 years.
• Preferably possess a Certificate of Expertise (SKA).

Pengawas Mekanikal Elektrikal Plumbing (Code : MK 15)

Requirements

• Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering from a leading and accredited universities.
• Required experience as an Expert Staff/Inspector/Plumbing Mechanical Electrical Inspector for minimum 3 years.
• Preferably possess a Certificate of Expertise (SKA).

Pengawas Landscape (Code : MK 16)

Requirements

• Bachelor of Landscape Architecture Engineering from a leading and accredited universities.
• Required experience as an Expert Staff/Inspector/Landscape Architecture Inspector for minimum 3 years.
• Preferably possess a Certificate of Expertise (SKA).

Juru Ukur/Surveyor (Code : MK 17)

Requirements

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering from a leading and accredited universities.
• Required experience as a Surveyor for minimum 3 years.
• Preferably possess a Certificate in the field of measurement (Certificate of Technical Expertise).

Asisten Quantity Surveyor (Code : MK 18)

Requirements

• Required experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Asisten Quantity Surveyor for minimum 3 years.
• Preferably possess a Certificate of Expertise (SKA).

Asisten Quality Control (Code : MK 19)
