PT Pamapersada Nusantara - PAMA is a reputable company in Indonesia, running business in coal mining industry. PAMA has core business competencies on coal mining services and coal mining contracting services. Its business include mine design, exploration, extraction, hauling, barging and transporting commodities. PT Pamapersada Nusantara is recognized as one of the largest coal mining contractors in Indonesia. PAMA controls about 48% of local revenue market share. PT Pamapersada Nusantara is a member of Astra Heavy Equipment and Mining Group (Astra Group). Astra Group holds 100% shares in PAMA through PT United Tractors Tbk (99.99%) and PT United Tractors Pandu Engineering (0.01%). PAMA is based in Jakarta and now has 3 subsidiaries; PT Kalimantan Prima Persada, PT Pama Indo Mining, and PT Multi Prima Universal. 

According to information found in PT United Tractors Tbk Annual Report 2016 as cited by JobsCDC.com, PAMA managed to record total net revenue of Rp 24 trillion in 2016. This number is down 21% from the previous year of Rp 30.5 trillion. Referring to its annual report, total overburden removal was down by 8% from 766.6 million bcm in 2015 to 701.5 million bcm in 2016. Total coal production in 2016 was 109.2 million tons or similar with the previous year.

• S1 Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Geology Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00.

General Service Group Leader

Requirements

• D3 Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electricity Engineering, Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Business Administration, Tourism and Hospitality, Nutrition.
• Minimum GPA of 2.75.

Supply Management Group Leader

Requirements

• D3 Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electricity Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering.
• Minimum GPA of 2.75.

Production Group Leader

Requirements

• D3/S1 Mining Engineering, Geology Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Geodesy, Environmental Engineering.
• Minimum GPA of 2.75 for D3 and 3.00 for S1.

Plant Group Leader

Requirements

• D3/S1 Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electricity Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automotive Engineering.

Human Capital Group Leader

Requirements

• S1 Management, Industrial Engineering, Psychology.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00.

Corporate Social Responsibility Officer

Requirements

• S1 Forestry, Agriculture, Fishery, Anthropology, Social Welfare, Animal Husbandry.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00.

Safety Leader

Requirements

Information System Officer

Payroll Officer

Requirements

• D3 Informatics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Informatics Engineering.
• Minimum GPA of 2.75.

General Requirements

• Willing to be placed in all PAMA site projects.
  
• Maximum age of 27 years old for Fresh Graduate and 35 years old for Experienced.
• Willing to work with rooster system (8 weeks onsite, 2 week offsite).
• Never participated in the PAMA selection process within the last 1 year.
