Officer Development Program - General

Requirements
  • Local/International graduates (S1) and postgraduates (S2) from relevant fields of studies.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00 or equivalent for S1 and minimum of 3.20 or equivalent for S2.
  • Maximum age of 25 years old for S1 and maximum age of 27 years old for S2.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Single/Unmarried and remain to be unmarried during the Program.
  • Willing to be relocated all over Indonesia.
Officer Development Program - Khusus IT

Requirements
  • Local/International graduates (S1) and postgraduates (S2) from relevant fields of studies
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00 or equivalent for S1 and minimum of 3.20 or equivalent for S2.
  • Maximum age of 25 years old for S1 and maximum age of 27 years old for S2.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Single/Unmarried.
  • Willing to be relocated all over Indonesia.
Risk Management Development Program (RMDP)

Requirements
  • Local/International graduates (S1) and postgraduates (S2) majoring in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Accounting, Natural Sciences.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00 or equivalent for S1 and minimum of 3.20 or equivalent for S2.
  • Maximum age of 25 years old for S1 and maximum age of 27 years old for S2.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Single/Unmarried.
  • Willing to be relocated all over Indonesia.
Officer Development Program - Programmer BPR Project

Requirements
  • Local/International graduates (S1) and postgraduates (S2) majoring in Computer Science, Information System, Computer Engineering, Electro Engineering, Control Engineering, Information Technology.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00 or equivalent for S1 and minimum of 3.20 or equivalent for S2.
  • Maximum age of 25 years old for S1 and maximum age of 28 years old for S2.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Single/Unmarried.
  • Willing to work in any Bank Mandiri premises.
