Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Psychology or Industrial Engineering.
• Have an outstanding academic record with GPA more than 3.00.
• The candidates with prior experience for minimum 2-3 years as Recruiter or Talent Sourcing Specialist would be preferred
• Fresh graduates with good interpersonal and high passion in HR field, are welcome to apply.
• Familiarity in conducting selection procedure would be beneficial.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill is a must.
• Proficiency in English, both oral and written is required.

Organizational Development Officer

Requirements
