Adhi Beton operates primarily as a producers of precast concrete products. Its business include industrial work, export-import and trading of precast concrete, and related business activities. Adhi Beton is a directly-owned subsidiary company of state-owned construction giant PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. According to PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk Financial Report 2016 as cited by JobsCDC.com, Adhi Beton registered total assets of Rp 473.97 billlion in 2016. This total assets figures significantly rise 23.42% better than 2014 period (Rp 384.00 billion). Referring to its financial report, Adhi Beton booked total revenue of Rp 1,332.83 billion in 2016 as compared with Rp 149.01 billion in the previous year.

Manager Engineering Plant (ME)

Requirements

• Maximum age of 35 years old.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree or equivalent (S1/D4) from a reputable university accreditation A, majoring in Civil Engineering.
• Willing to be placed in all site project of ADHI Beton.
• Willing to work with target, quality, and time strictly.
• Preferably experienced in the field of BOX GIRDER production.
• Mastering operational cost control.
• Focus on cost, quality and time.
• Able to build staff under it.
• Able to communicate well in the work environment, customer and supervisor.
• Mastering the working methods and precast production.
• Mastering JMF.
• Mastering QHSE Precast Industry.
• Able to work in an organization team.

Manager Produksi Plant (MP)

Requirements

• Maximum age of 40 years old.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree or equivalent (S1/D4) from a reputable university accreditation A, majoring in Civil Engineering or SMK/D3 with minimum 5 years of experience in BOX GIRDER work.
• Willing to be placed in all site project of ADHI Beton.
• Willing to work with target, quality, and time strictly.
• Preferably experienced in the field of BOX GIRDER production.
• Mastering human resource control.
• Focus on cost, quality and time.
• Able to build staff under it.
• Able to communicate well in the work environment, customer and supervisor.
• Mastering the working methods and precast production.
• Mastering JMF.
• Mastering QHSE Precast Industry.
• Able to work in an organization team.

Manager QC Plant (MQ)

Requirements

• Maximum age of 35 years old.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree or equivalent (S1/D4) from a reputable university accreditation A, majoring in Civil Engineering.
• Willing to be placed in all site project of ADHI Beton.
• Willing to work with target, quality, and time strictly.
• Preferably experienced in the field of BOX GIRDER production.
• Mastering quality control.
• Mastering the method of repairing precast concrete.
• Focus on cost, quality and time.
• Able to build staff under it.
• Able to communicate well in the work environment, customer and supervisor.
• Mastering the working methods and precast production.
• Mastering QHSE Precast Industry.
• Able to work in an organization team.
