Construction Manager (Code : MK1)

Requirements

• Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Architecture Engineering from a reputable and accredited university. The candidates with background in Master Degree (S2) in Civil Engineering Project Management is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as expert staff of Civil Engineering/Architecture Engineering.
• Possess expertise certification (SKA) MK – 601 / MP – 602 is preferred.
• Hands-on technical experience as Construction Manager/Team Leader MK.

Ahli Sipil Struktur (code : MK 2)

Requirements

• Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering from a reputable and accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as expert staff of civil engineering.
• Possess expertise certification (SKA) is preferred.

Ahli Arsitektur (code : MK 3)

Requirements

• Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in Architecture Engineering from a reputable and accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as expert staff of architecture.
• Possess expertise certification (SKA) is preferred.

Ahli Mekanikal Elektrikal Plumbing (code : MK 4)  

Requirements

• Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering from a reputable and accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as expert staff of mechanical electrical plumbing.
• Possess expertise certification (SKA) is preferred.

Ahli Quantity Surveyor (code : MK 5)            

Requirements

• Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering from a reputable and accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as expert staff of civil engineering.
• Possess expertise certification (SKA) is preferred.
• Hands-on technical experience as Quantity Surveyor Expert Staff.

Ahli Quality Control (code : MK 6)  

Requirements

• Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering from a reputable and accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as expert staff of civil engineering.
• Possess expertise certification (SKA) is preferred.
• Hands-on technical experience as Quantity Control Expert Staff.

Ahli Landscape (code : MK 8)

Requirements

• Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in Architecture Engineering Landscape from a reputable and accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as expert staff of landscape.
• Possess expertise certification (SKA) is preferred.

Ahli Lingkungan (code : MK 7)

Requirements

• Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering from a reputable and accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as expert staff of Environmental.
• Possess expertise certification (SKA) is preferred.

Ahli Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (code : MK 8)

Requirements

• Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) from a reputable and accredited university.
• Minimum 6 years of experience as expert staff of K3/Safety Manager/HSE Officer.
• Possess expertise certification (SKA) is preferred.

Ahli Geodesi (code : MK 9)

Requirements

• Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in Geodesy Engineering from a reputable and accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as expert staff of Geodesy.
• Possess expertise certification (SKA) is preferred.

Ahli Kontrak (code : MK 10)

Requirements

• Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) from a reputable and accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as expert staff of Contract Law for construction project.
• Possess expertise certification (SKA) is preferred.

Pengawas Sipil (code : MK 11)

Requirements

• Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering from a reputable and accredited university.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as expert staff/ civil inspector.
• Possess expertise certification (SKA) is preferred.

Pengawas Arsitektur (code : MK 12)

Requirements

• Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in Architecture Engineering from a reputable and accredited university.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as expert staff/ Architecture inspector.
• Possess expertise certification (SKA) is preferred.

Pengawas Mekanikal Elektrikal (code : MK 13)

Requirements

• Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering from a reputable and accredited university.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as expert staff/ mechanical electrical inspector.
• Possess expertise certification (SKA) is preferred.

Pengawas Landscape (code : MK 14)

Requirements

• Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in Architecture Engineering Landscape from a reputable and accredited university.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as expert staff/ landscape inspector.
• Possess expertise certification (SKA) is preferred.

Juru Ukur/Surveyor (code : MK 15)

Requirements

• Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering Landscape from a reputable and accredited university.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as surveyor.
• Possess expertise certification in the Surveyor (Technical Engineering Certificate) is preferred.

Asisten Quantity Surveyor (code : MK 16)

Requirements

• Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering from a reputable and accredited university.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Quantity Surveyor/Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
• Possess expertise certification (SKA) is preferred.

Asisten Quality Control (code : MK 17)

Requirements
