PT Astra Otoparts Tbk - AOP or most commonly known as "Astra Otoparts" is a leading automotive company in Indonesia with core business competencies in the field of manufacturing and trading automotive components. Astra Otoparts has strong business focuses on the manufacturing and distributing of wide range automotive components for two wheelers and four wheelers, with the largest market segment in Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Replacement Market (REM). PT Astra Otoparts Tbk is a member of PT Astra International Tbk (Astra Group), a large diversified business group in Indonesia. At present, Astra Group holds 80% shares in Astra Otoparts. Other 20% remaining shares was owned by public. According to PT Astra Otoparts Tbk Annual Report 2016 as cited by JobsCDC.com, Astra Otoparts succeeded in posting excellent financial performance in 2016. In 2016, total net revenue in 2016 achieved Rp 12.8 trillion, that was 9.2% higher than  Rp 11.7 trillion total net revenue booked in 2015. Total net income growth by 31.3% amounting to Rp 418.2 billion in 2016 from Rp 318.6 billion in 2015.

Supply Chain

Requirements

• D3/S1 Engineering.
• Required experience for minimum 1 year in the related field.
• Have a good interpersonal and communication skills.

PPIC

Requirements

• Maximum age of 28 years old.
• D3/S1 Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
• Required experience for minimum 1 year in the related field. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Able to work in a team and have good communication skills.

Engineer

Requirements

• Maximum age of 28 years old.
• D3/S1 Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering.
• Required experience for minimum 1 year in the related field. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Advanced knowledge of manufacturing machinery automation.
• Able to create shop drawings / Autocad.

Finance Accounting

Requirements

• Maximum age of 28 years old.
• D3/S1 Accounting.
• Required experience for minimum 1 year in the related field.
• Strong sense of analytical thinking and able to work in a team.

Internal Audit

Requirements

• Maximum age of 28 years old.
• D3/S1 Information Technology, Accounting.
• Required experience for minimum 1 year in the related field.
• Strong sense of analytical thinking and able to work with tight deadline.

Recruitment & HR System Development

Requirements

• Maximum age of 28 years old.
• S1 Psychology.
• Required experience for minimum 2 years in the related field.
• Strong sense of analytical thinking and able to work in a team.

IT System Analyst

Requirements

• Maximum age of 28 years old.
• D3/S1 Information Technology, Information System.
• Required experience for minimum 2 years in the related field.
• Advanced knowledge of business process, project management and programming language.
• Strong sense of analytical thinking and able to work in a team.
