PT Bank Bukopin Tbk - Bukopin (IDX: BBKP, listed since 10 July 2006) is a well-established privately-owned financial services company in Indonesia with core business competencies in general banking industry. Bank Bukopin has its business activities focused in four sectors: micro banking (UMKMK), micro banking, consumer and commercial banking. As of December 2016, Bank Bukopin is based in Jakarta and offer services through more than 450 outlets spread in all over Indonesia. Bank Bukopin also supported by 4 subsidiaries/affiliated companies, namely PT Bank Bukopin Syariah (86.82% owned by Bank Bukopin), PT Bukopin Finance (88.25%), PT Ismawa Trimitra (50%), and PT BPR Dhaha Ekonomi (16.02%). At present, Bank Bukopin is 30% owned by PT Bosowa Corporindo, 18.09% by Koperasi Pegawai Bulog Seluruh Indonesia (KOPELINDO), 11.43% by the Government of Indonesia and 40.48% by public shareholders.

The financial performance of Bank Bukopin in 2016 showed a good improvement. According to PT Bank Bukopin Tbk Annual Report 2016 as cited by JobsCDC.com, Bank Bukopinsuccessfully recorded a total asset of  Rp 105.4 trillion, with a noticeable increase of 11.69% from Rp 94.36 trillion in 2015. Bank Bukopin's total net income in 2016 increase 13.10% year-on year to Rp126 billion.

Requirements

• Maximum age of 25 years old.
• Minimum education SMU / equivalent or Diploma (D1 up to D3).
• Minimum GPA of 2.60.
• Single.
• Attractive.

General requirements:

• Have good interpersonal skill. 
• Have good integrity, discipline, and high commitment.
• Customers oriented.
• Have a strong will to learn and work to achieve the best results.
• Able to work in teams and work with individual targets.
• Never been dismissed disrespectfully from any Government or Private Institution or Legal Entity.
• Have a well-behaved letter (SKCK) from the police.
• Healthy physically and spiritually: not color blind either partial or total, free from the influence of narcotics and other additives.
