PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) - PT PNM (Persero) or referred to as "PNM" is a reputable financial services company in Indonesia, based in Jakarta. PT PNM (Persero) has primary focus on business development of Micro and Small Enterprises. PT PNM (Persero) running business in providing financing and assistance of SME business. Its business include financing services, management services and the capacity building program, and venture capital financing services. PT PNM (Persero) was established in 1999 by the Government of Indonesia under the Government Regulation No 38 of 1999 dated 29 May 1999. As of December 2015, PT PNM (Persero) offer services through more than 62 branches and 608 micro finance units (ULaMM) spread across Indonesia. PNM also supported by 5 subsidiary companies (including shares in 3 BPRS), 7 sub-subsidiary companies, and 5 affiliate companies.

Despite all the headwinds in 2015, PNM generally recorded a good performance. According to PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) Annual Report 2015 as cited by JobsCDC.com, PT PNM (Persero) reported total asset of  Rp 6,006.10 billion at the end of 2015. This number is up 13.90% from Rp 5,273.11 billion in 2014. Total operating profit in 2015 reached Rp111.908 billion, increasing 2.49% compared to Rp109.192 billion in 2014.

General Requirements

• Female, age around 18 – 22 year old.
• Minimum education senior high school or equivalent (SMA/MA/SMK), in any field.
• Have E-KTP and able to ride a motorcycle.
• Single/not married and not in college.
