PT Nindya Karya (Persero) is a member of  PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (Persero) or PT PPA, a reputable state-owned financial and asset management company in Indonesia. As of December 2016, PT Nindya Karya (Persero) is 99% owned by PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (Persero) or PT PPA (Persero) and 1% by the Government of Indonesia. Headquartered in Jakarta, Nindya Karya now has 7 regions throughout Indonesia and 2 divisions; EPC and property. Nindya Karya also supported by 2 subsidiary/affiliated companies, namely PT Nindya Beton and PT Marga Kunciran Cengkareng. Its head office is located at Jl Letjend MT Haryono Kav 22 Jakarta 13630. Nindya Karya supported by 658 employees, including 273 permanent employees and 385 non permanent employees.

According PT Nindya Karya (Persero) Annual Report 2016 as cited by JobsCDC.com, statement of Financial Position of Nindya Karya in 2016 showed a good performance. Nindya Karya registered total income of Rp180.05 billion in 2016 This number is up 162.38% from Rp68.62 billion in 2015. The total revenue in 2016 was Rp4.66 trillion, 101.24% from the target RKAP 2016 of Rp4.60 trillion. Compared to the achievement in 2015, it was an increase of 29.08% from Rp3.61 trillion.

Direktur Property (Code : DIR)

Requirements

• Age around 45-50 years old.
• Minimum S1 Engineering or S2 Engineering/Non Engineering (preferred).
• Required experience for minimum 15 years in property management business.
• Have ability to formulate Long Term Business Strategy in property business.
• Advantage for candidate who have experience as Director of Subsidiaries.

Manager Marketing Property (Code : MMP)

Requirements

• Age around 35-40 years old.
• Minimum S1 in any field.
• Required experience for minimum 5 years in same position.
• Have the ability to formulate marketing strategy property based on market analysis.
• Have a wide networking in property market.

Manager Pengendalian Produksi (Code : MPP)

Requirements

• Age around 40-45 years old.
• Minimum S1 in Civil Engineering.
• Required experience for minimum 15 years in construction industry and minimum 5 years in same position.
• Have a good understanding about the business process on construction industry.
• Expertise with MS Project/Primavera.
• Have a good understanding of Project Cost Control.
• Advantage for candidate who have experience in state-owned construction firm.

Manager HSE (Code : MHSE)

Requirements

• Age around 35-40 years old.
• Minimum S1 Engineering.
• Required experience for minimum 10 years in construction industry and minimum 5 years as HSE Supervisor.
• Possess certification in Ahli K3 Umum and Ahli K3 Konstruksi.
• Have a good understanding about HSE management system and its implementation.
• Able to formulate policy, strategy and action plan in the field of HSE.
• Previous experience in HSE Audit and Inspection.

Manager Engineering - EPC (Code : MENG)

Requirements

• Age around 35-40 years old.
• Minimum S1 in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
• Required experience for minimum 8 years in the field of Engineering Design in Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Thermal Power Plan Projects.
• Required experience for minimum 3 years in the same field (preferred).
• Have a good knowledge about international code and standard, engineering flow and procedure, and related software.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.

Manager Procurement - HSE (Code : MPROC)

Requirements

• Age around 35-40 years old.
• Minimum S1 in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering.
• Required experience for minimum 10 years as Procurement Engineer in Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Thermal Power Plan Projects.
• Have a good knowledge regarding Indonesian and International Trade Regulations.
• Have a good understanding about Negative List of Trade Department.
• Have a good understanding Incoterm 2010.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.

Contract Engineer - EPC (Code : CE)

Requirements

• Maximum age of 30 years old.
• Minimum S1 Engineering.
• Required experience for minimum 3 years as Contract Engineer in Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Thermal Power Plan Projects.
• Have a good knowledge regarding Law/Regulations related to contract documents in EPC projects.
• Have a good knowledge regarding Indonesian and International EPC Project Regulations (minimum ANGLO SAXON).
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.

5. Latest diploma and transcript;
