PT Industri Kereta Api (Persero) - PT INKA (Persero) or referred to as "INKA" is a Madiun-based state-owned integrated railways and urban transportation company in Indonesia. INKA engaged in the production of passenger and freight trains, trains parts as well as maintenance and repair services. Established in 1981, INKA is recognized as the pioneer in integrated rolling stock and automotive industry in the South East Asia region. INKA was formed by the Government of Indonesia a transformation results of Balai Yasa Lokomotif Uap of state-owned railway company PJKA (now PT Kereta Api Indonesia or KAI Group). INKA now has 2 key subsidiary companies, namely PT Rekaindo Global Jasa and PT Railindo Global Karya. INKA's head office is registered at Jl Yos Sudarso No 71 Madiun.

The financial performance of INKA in 2016 showed a good improvement.. According to PT Industri Kereta Api (Persero) 2016 Audit Financial Report as cited by JobsCDC.com, INKA registered total revenue of Rp1,881.00 billion in 2016. This reflected an 51.22% increase from Rp1,243.83 billion in 2015. INKA reported total current year profit of Rp42.60 billion in 2016, an increase of 61.57% fro Rp26.36 billion in 2015.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor or Diploma (D3/S1) holder in Secretary or Business Administration with minimum GPA of 3.00 (scale 4.00) and minimum accreditation major "B".
• Preferably experienced in the related field.

General Requirements

• Indonesian Citizen (WNI), Female, good looking with the maximum age of 25 years old on 1 October 2017.
• Minimum height of 157 cm and proportional weight.
• Have an excellent health, not color blind, drug-free, and no tattoos.
• Well-behaved and never involved in crime.
• Willing to sign the applicant's declaration letter which provided by INKA.
• Employment status : PKWT.

Administrative requirements

1. Curriculum vitae (CV), maximum 2 sheets;
2. Link your video profile on Youtube, with following requirements
   • Video profile with maximum duration of 3 minutes.
   • Video profile includes self-introduction, personal vision, knowledge of INKA and motivation to apply for jobs in INKA.

8. TOEFL certificate;
9. Working reference (for those who have experience);
10. Stamped sealed statement.
