Project Manager
Requirements
- Male, with the minimum age of 30 years and maximum age of 40 years old.
- Minimum S1 Department of Civil Engineering, Architecture Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering.
- Required experience for minimum 5 years as Project Manager.
- Previous experience in Construction Management Company on high rise building project (Apartment, Hotel, Office).
- Mastering Auto-Cad, Ms. Office, Ms.Project / Scheduler.
- Willing to be placed in Jabodetabek, and Out of Town.
Requirements
- Minimal S1 Department of Civil Engineering / Architecture Engineering / Business Management, preferably from State Universities
- Required experience for minimum 3 years as Business Development / Researcher on concrete precast company.
- Previous experience in Plant / Precast development projects (Busdev Manager Plant).
- Willing to be placed in Head Office.
Requirements
- Minimal S1 Department of Finance
- Maximum age of 40 years old.
- Required experience for minimum 2 years in the same position as Investor Relation Manager.
- Computer literate (MS Office and internet).
- Active English skills (writing, speaking, and reading).
- Able to analyze financial statements.
- Willing to be placed in Head Office.
Requirements
- Minimum S1 Department of Civil Engineering, Architecture Engineering, Regional Development.
- Maximum age of 30 years old.
- Required experience for minimum 2 years in property / construction (preferably in property) as a business development officer.
- Able to analyze market research and consumer data.
- Able to conduct feasibility study.
- Computer literate (MS Office and internet).
- Active English skills (writing, speaking, and reading).
- Willing to be placed in Head Office.

- Required experience for minimum 3 years in Structure Designer company.
- Previous experience as Structure Engineer on Precast / High Rise Building projects.
