PT Angkasa Pura Properti - PT APP or referred to as "AngkasaPura Property" is a fast growing company in Indonesia that is involved in property and real estate industry. AngkasaPura Property running business in construction, trade and services, particularly in real estate business. AngkasaPura Property is a directly-owned subsidiary company of state-owned airport operator PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) or Angkasa Pura Airports Group. PT Angkasa Pura Properti was established in 2012 to develop a non-productive land owned by Angkasa Pura Airports Group. As of December 2016, Angkasa Pura Airports Group owns a 99.96 percent stake in AngkasaPura Property with the remainder of the shares belonging to  Koperasi Karyawan Angkasa Pura I (PUSKOKAPURA). AngkasaPura Property is based in Jakarta and its head office is registered at Sainath Tower Lt10 Jl Selangit B9 No 7, Gunung Sahari Selatan, Kemayoran Jakarta Pusat 10610.

In term of financial performance, Angkasa Pura Property reported total assets of Rp197.07 billion in 2016 decreased by 5.89 percent compared to the year 2015 amounted to Rp 209.42 billion. AngkasaPura Property recorded total operational income of Rp 63.95 billion in 2016. This number is down 9.31 percent from Rp70.51 billion from the same period last year, according to PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Annual Report 2016 as cited by JobsCDC.com.

General Affair Officer

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of  experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in General Work (Housekeeper, Driver, Dispatch, Messenger, etc) or equivalent.
• Fluent in English.
• Required skills : administration, fast learner, good sense.

Supervisor IT

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the related field, preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System or equivalent.
• Required skills: Microsoft Windows, Microsoft SQL Server, Java, J2EE.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience of working effectively as part of a team.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze user existing systems.

Business Development Manager

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Property Development, Real Estate Management, Business Studies, Administration, Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent 
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
• Fluent in English
• Strong entrepreneurial skills is running business operations as a whole including financial reporting and budgeting, staffing and client service.
• Good communication and reporting skills in both writing and verbal.
• Strong technical knowledge on building systems.
• Willing to be place in head office Jakarta
