PT Graha Sarana Duta - GSD or more popularly called as "Telkom Property" is a directly-owned subsidiary company of state-owned telecommunication giant PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (Telkom Group) that is involved in integrated property development. According to Telkom Group Annual Report 2015 as cited by JobsCDC.com, Telkom Group owns a 99.99 percent stake in Telkom Property. Based in Jakarta, Telkom Property has diverse category portfolio; Project Management, Property Facilities, Property Lease, and Property Development and Investment. Its business include office leasing and building management, maintenance service, civil consultant, and property developer. Telkom Property manages buildings owned by Telkom Groups and also third parties in all over Indonesia.

PT Graha Sarana Duta started its commercial operations in 1981. Later in 2001, Telkom Group acquired all shares in PT Graha Sarana Duta. Telkom Property now has 46 building managements spread in 4 area offices nationwide. Its head office is registered at Jl Kebon Sirih No 10 - 12 Jakarta Pusat 10110. Telkom Property now has 2 directly-owned subsidiary companies, namely PT Telkom Landmark Tower and PT Graha Yasa Selaras.

Corporate Secretary Officer (CSO)

Requirements

• Male, maximum age of 26 years old.
• Minimum S1, preferably majoring in Industrial Engineering.
• Both experienced (0-3 years) and fresh graduate candidates are highly welcome.
• Have sufficient technical knowledge and technical ability.
• Smart, hardworking, able to work unattended, adult, independent, disciplined, honest, diligent, neat, clean, communicative.
• Computer literate, minimum Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Willing to work in shifting system and/or outside normal working hours.
• Willing to travel out of town.

Technical expertise

• Able to process data and perform analysis.
• Able to analytical thinking and able to think conceptually.
• Understand the principles of GCG.
• Able to communicate and build working relationships.
• Able to use the equipment work properly, well and correctly.
• Able to work without work accident, without supervision and on target completion. 

Project Management Officer (PMO)

Requirements

• Male, maximum age of 26 years old.
• Minimum S1, preferably majoring in Industrial Engineering.
• Both experienced (0-3 years) and fresh graduate candidates are highly welcome.
• Have sufficient technical knowledge and technical ability.
• Smart, hardworking, able to work unattended, adult, independent, disciplined, honest, diligent, neat, clean, communicative.
• Computer literate, minimum Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Willing to work in shifting system and/or outside normal working hours.
• Willing to travel out of town.

Technical expertise

• Able to process data and perform analysis.
• Able to understand business processes within the company.
• Have a good understanding about the administration of the company.
• Able to integrate, coordinate information in a structured report.
• Able to use the equipment work properly, well and correctly.
• Able to work without work accident, without supervision and on target completion.
• Able to read and have a good understanding about the documents of SOP, SPM and international standards.
• Able to present presentation material that is informative and interesting.
