PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk - WIKA or "WIKA Group" is a leading state-owned general construction firm in Indonesia. Based in Jakarta, WIKA Group  provides a comprehensive range of integrated Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) and investment. Its business include industry, infrastructure and building, energy and industrial plant, realty and property and investment. WIKA Group was formed in 1960 as Perusahaan Negara Bangunan Widjaja Karja (PN Widjaja Karja) with principal business in the electrical, water pipe installation. WIKA Group was formed by the Goverment of Indonesia as the nationalization process of a Dutch company NV Technische Handel Maatschappij en Bouwbedijf Vis en Co or NV Vis en Co. Later in 1972, PN Widjaja Karja renamed into PT Wijaya Karya. WIKA Group was officially listed at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (Stock Code: WIKA) in 2007. As of December 2016, WIKA Group is 65.05% owned by the Government of Indonesia and 34.95% by general public and investors.

WIKA Group's performance in 2016 showed a significant increase compared to 2015. According to PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk Annual Report 2016 as cited by JobsCDC.com, WIKA Group reported total net sales of Rp15,669 billion in 2016 or 15.04% growth from Rp 13,620 billion in 2015. In 2016, total net income achieved Rp502.45 billion, that was 63.18% higher thanRp 703.00 billion total net income booked in 2015. Referring to its annual report, WIKA Group reported total current assets of Rp 21,552.49 billion in 2016 amounted or equivalent with a 71.59% growth from Rp 12,560.28 billion in 2015.

Requirements

• Male, maximum age of 30 years old on 1 December 2017.
• Education background
• • D3 Civil Engineering (1)
  • D3 Accounting (2).
• Minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Holds around 1-3 years of experience in the related field.
• Able to communicate in English active and passive (1).
• Willing to be placed in all area of WIKA Divisi 4 (East Java, Central Java, DIY, Bali, NTB and NTT).
