As of December 2016, PT Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung is 99% owned by PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk and 1% owned by WIKA Employees Cooperative.

Achievement and performance of WIKA Gedung in 2016 shows positive results. According to PT Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung Annual Report 2015 as cited by JobsCDC.com, WIKA Gedung registered total sales of Rp 1,929 billion in 2016. This reflected an 34.70% increase from Rp 1,432 billion in 2015. Referring to its annual report, total net profit continue to grow by 32.40% to Rp 143 billion from Rp 108 billion in 2015.
