PT Dahana (Persero) was formed in 1966 and initially started as Proyek Menang (Winning Project), a dynamite factory project in Tasikmalaya West Java based on the NG with a license from Hispano-Suizza by the Indonesian Air Force (AURI). In 1973, the Winning Project transformed into state-owned company under the name of Perusahaan Umum DAHANA (Perum Dahana). The name of PT Dahana (Persero) officially launched in 1991. PT Dahana (Persero) now has Emulsion Plant in Tasikmalaya, Detonator Plant in Turen Malang, DANFO Plant in Subang, Integrated Magazines Plant in Subang, and Shapedcharges Plant in Tasikmalaya.

According to PT Dahana (Persero) Annual Report 2015 as cited by JobsCDC.com, Dahana’s performance in 2015 showed a significant increase compared to 2014. Dahana booked total net revenye of Rp 1,376.17 billion in the fiscal year of 2015. This number is up 25.63 percent from Rp 1,095.47 billion the same period of last year (2014). Referring to its annual report, total comprehensive income in 2015 amounted to Rp 85.86 billion, which increased 11.21% from Rp 77.20 billion in 2014.

• Education Background
• • Diploma Degree (D3) in Electrical Engineering, Business Logistic.
  • Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mining Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemical, Civil Engineering, Finance Management.
  • Master Degree (S2) in Psychology.
• GPA
• • Minimum GPA of 2.75 for D3 Electrical Engineering, S1 Mining Engineering, S1 Chemical Engineering, S1 Chemical, S1 Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00 for D3 Business Logistic, S1 Finance Management.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.25 for S2 Psychology.

General Requirements

• Maximum age of 30 years old.
• Proficiency in the English language (written and verbal).
• Computer literate.
• Dynamic, highly motivation, demonstrated good leadership and communication skills.
• Willing to be placed at all business offices/site projects of PT Dahana (Persero).
• Willing to not marry during the Management Trainee Program (9 months/for those who are not married yet upon entering the program).
