PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk - WIKA Group or hereinafter referred to as "WIKA" is a leading and reliable state-owned company in Indonesia engaged in general construction industry. As of December 2016, WIKA is 65.05% owned by the Government of Indonesia and 34.95% by general public and investors.

According to PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk Annual Report 2016 as cited by JobsCDC.com, WIKA managed to recorded good performance in the business year of 2016. WIKA managed to increase its net sales by 15.04%, from Rp 13,620 billion in 2015 to Rp15,669 billion in 2016. In 2016, total net income achieved Rp502.45 billion, that was 63.18% higher thanRp 703.00 billion total net income booked in 2015. Referring to its annual report, WIKA booked total current assets of Rp 21,552.49 billion in 2016 amounted or equivalent with a 71.59% growth from Rp 12,560.28 billion in 2015.

Requirments

• At lease Diploma in Secretarial or equivalent.
• Required experience for minimum 1 year in the related field, preferably staff specialized in Secretarial/Executive and Personal Assistant or equivalent/
• Good communication skill.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Able to create meeting minutes quickly and accurately.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work in Saturday (adjust the project conditions).
