PT Bank BRISyariah - BRIS (hereinafter referred to as "BRISyariah") is a reputable Sharia-Based Commercial Bank in Indonesia. Based in Jakarta, BRISyariah is sharia banking subsidiary company of state-owned lender PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BRI Group). At present, BRISyariah is 99.999975% owned by PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, and 0.000025% remaining shares was owned by Yayasan Kesejahteraan Pekerja BRI (YKP BRI). According to PT Bank BRISyariah Annual Report 2016, PT Bank BRISyariah managed to recorded good performance in the business year of 2016. BRISyariah managed to increase its total assets by 14.27%, from Rp 24.23 trillion in 2015 to Rp 27.69 trillion in 2016. Referring to its annual report, total operating income grew by 50.48% from the previous year, from Rp 158.98 billion to Rp 239.23 billion in 2016. BRISyariah registered total net income of Rp 170.21 billion in 2016. That number is up 38.78% from Rp 122.64 billion in 2015.

Sharia Officer Development Program (SODP)

Requirements

• Not exceed 25 years of age for undergraduate degree (S1) and 28 for post graduate degree (S2).
• Single/not married.
• Have completed a study, by attaching an academic certificate or SKL.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 for S1 and 3.20 for S2 (scale 4.00).
• Minimum height of 165 cm (Male) and 158 (Female).
• Applicants are S1 / S2 graduates of all majors, except: Medicine, Dentistry, Veterinary Medicine.
• Have TOEFL-ITP (institutional testing program) with minimum score of 400.
• Have a valid SKCK.
• Willing to undergo bond department for 5 years since commencing trainee.
• Initial placement as Account Officer.
• Willing to be placed in all over Indonesia.
