PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk - WIKA Group or hereinafter referred to as "WIKA" is an Indonesian government-owned corporation that is involved in construction services. Based in Jakarta, WIKA  provides a comprehensive range of integrated Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) and investment. Its business include industry, infrastructure and building, energy and industrial plant, realty and property and investment. Starting out in 1960, WIKA originated as the electrical and water pipe installation company named Perusahaan Negara Bangunan Widjaja Karja (PN Widjaja Karja). WIKA was formed by the Goverment of Indonesia as the nationalization process of a Dutch company NV Technische Handel Maatschappij en Bouwbedijf Vis en Co or NV Vis en Co. In 1972, PN Widjaja Karja renamed into PT Wijaya Karya. The Company was officially listed at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (Stock Code: WIKA) in 2007. As of December 2016, PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk is 65.05% owned by the Government of Indonesia and 34.95% by general public and investors.

According to PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk Annual Report 2016 as cited by JobsCDC.com, WIKA managed to recorded good performance in the business year of 2016. WIKA booked total net sales of Rp15,669 billion in 2016 or an 15.04% increase as compared with Rp 13,620 billion in 2015. WIKA registered total net income amounted to Rp 1,147.14 billion in 2016 or 63.18% growth from Rp 703.00 billion in 2015. Referring to its annual report, total current assets in 2016 amounted to Rp 21,552.49 billion or equivalent with a 71.59% growth from Rp 12,560.28 billion in 2015.

Requirements

• Preferably Male.

• No color blind (partial / total).
• Fluent in English both oral and in written (TOEFL equivalent score min 550).
• Proficient computer application in the field.

PPCP Manajemen

Requirements

• Education background in S1 or equivalent, majoring in Management.
• Preferably Male.
• Maximum age of 28 years old.
