As of December 2015, Pos Indonesia supported by 4,561 post offices, 1,837 mobile services, 2,536 village postal agencies, and 38,116 post agents spread across Indonesia. Pos Indonesia also directly employs nearly 18,842 employees spread in 11 regional offices across Indonesia. Pos Indonesia also supported by 3 subsidiary companies and 3 affiliated companies; PT Pos Logistik  Indonesia (logistic services), PT Bhakti Wasantara Net (engaged in internet sevice provider), PT Pos Properti Indonesia (property business), Dapenpos, Politeknik Pos Indonesia, and PT Bank Mandiri Taspen Pos.

In term of financial performance, PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) recorded a growth of 4.7% in total revenue amounted to Rp4,568.57 billion in 2015 as compared with Rp4,360.55 billion in 2014. Requirements

• Indonesian Citizen (WNI) as evidenced by the Identity Card (KTP).
• Minimum requirement of Associate Degree (D3) with minimum accreditation of "B", majoring in the following discipline Accounting, Actuarial, Architecture, International Business, Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Economics, Sharia Economics, International Relations, Informatics Management, Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Communication, Occupational Safety and Health, Finance, Logistics, Management, Marketing, Statistics, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Transportation.
• Minimum GPA is 3.00 out from 4.00
• Minimum TOEFL score is 450.
• Maximum age of 26 years old on 1 June 2017.
• Willing to comply with all recruitment requirements.
• Married and unmarried applicants are welcome to apply. For unmarried applicants not to get married during the training period stated in the Statement Letter.
• Free from Drug and Psychotropic Drug Use, and is not in the process of investigating a violation with the authorities due to criminal acts or the use of illegal drugs stated by Police Note Certificate (SKCK) and Drug-Free Statement from the Police.
• Physically and mentally healthy as stated by doctor's certificate.
• Willing to be placed throughout the Republic of Indonesia by making a statement.

• Not in the status of apprenticeship recruitment in PT Pos Indonesia (Persero).
• Employee status is "Transferable National".
