PT Mandiri Tunas Finance - PT MTF or later known as "Mandiri Tunas Finance" is a reputable financial services company in Indonesia with core business competencies in automotive financing. Mandiri Tunas Finance provides a comprehensive range of automotive financing which include car financing, motorcycle financing, fleet financing, and heavy equipment financing. Mandiri Tunas Finance was established in 1989 under the name of T Tunas Financindo Corporation. Later in 2000, the Company transformed into PT Tunas Financindo Sarana (Tunas Finance). In 2008, the Company that based in Jakarta changed into PT Mandiri Tunas Finance. As of December 2016, Mandiri Tunas Finance runs its business through its 93-plus branch offices spread in 28 provinces across Indonesia.

In term of financial performance, Mandiri Tunas Finance managed to recorded good performance in the business year of 2016. According to PT Mandiri Tunas Finance Annual Report 2016 as cited by JobsCDC.com, Mandiri Tunas Finance booked total revenue of Rp 2.45 trillion in 2016, an 23.23% increase from Rp 1.99 trillion in 2015. Total profit booked a 9.31% growth, reaching Rp 335.37billion as compared with total profit in 2015 worth of Rp 306.80 billion.

Requirements

• Minimum graduate with Bachelor of Psychology with GPA min. 2.75 within 4.00 scales.
• Competent in recruitment and selection process (sourcing strategy, recruitment tools, behavioral interview, etc.
• Familiar with various recruitment and assessment tools.
• Hands-on experience in conduct psychological test, scoring and psychological report.
• Demonstrated good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong administrative skill.
• Strong computer skill (especially Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Power Point).
• Placement Jakarta.
