PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk - WIKA Group or hereinafter referred to as "WIKA" is one of the largest state-owned construction services company in Indonesia. Based in Jakarta, WIKA running business in the field of integrated Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) and investment. The Company was formed by the Government of Indonesia in 1960 and initially registered as Perusahaan Negara Bangunan Widjaja Karja (PN Widjaja Karja) with main business in electrical and water pipe installation. The Company was formed as the nationalization process of a Dutch company NV Technische Handel Maatschappij en Bouwbedijf Vis en Co or NV Vis en Co. In 1972, PN Widjaja Karja renamed into PT Wijaya Karya. Later in 2007, the Company went public and its shares are traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with stock code WIKA. As of December 2015, PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk is 65.05% owned by the Government of Indonesia  and 34.95% by general public and investors.

According to PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk Annual Report 2015 as cited by JobsCDC.com, WIKA showed a strong performance in 2015. WIKA recorded total net sales amounted to Rp 13,620 billion in 2015. This total net sales figures reflected an 9.28% increase from Rp 12,436 billion in 2014. Total order booked in 2015 was Rp48,52 trillion. This total order booked equivalent with a 15.18% growth from Rp42,13 trillion in 2014.

Site Officer

Requirements

• Minimum D3 majoring in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the field of infrastructure construction.
• Strong understanding about the engineering drawing design and analyze any changes that occur in the field and report to the supervisor or construction manager.
• Able to control the cost, quality and time of work performed.
• Status project contract for 12 months (LRT Velodrome Project - Kelapa Gading).
• Willing to work at night shift.

Construction Supervisor

Requirements

• Minimum S1 majoring in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the related field, preferably as Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Have a good skill in infrastructure construction.
• Good communication in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Have a good analytical for more efficient and effective works method.
• Hands-on technical experience in construction methods (infrastructure construction).
• Able to create schedule, work programs, evaluation, and acceleration program.
• Status project contract for 12 months (LRT Velodrome Project - Kelapa Gading).

Construction Manager

Requirements

• Minimum S1 majoring in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the related field, preferably as Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Have a good skill in infrastructure construction.
• Good communication in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Hands-on technical experience in civil construction (non high rise building).
• Able to create schedule, work programs, evaluation, and acceleration program.
• Status project contract for 12 months (LRT Velodrome Project - Kelapa Gading).
