PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk - BTN or known as "Bank BTN" is Jakarta-based state-owned commercial bank in Indonesia with strong business focus on mortgage loans. Bank BTN controls 33.57% of market shares in mortgage loans segments in Indonesia. Bank BTN is widely known nationwide as one of the oldest banks in Indonesia. Originally founded in 1897 during the Dutch Colonial era and initially registered as Postspaarbank. In 1950, the company changed its name to Bank Tabungan Pos, and to Bank Tabungan Negara in 1963. In 2009, the Bank went public and conducted its initial public offering (IPO). Bank BTN's shares were listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) under ticker code BBTN. Currently, the majority of Bank BTN’s shares are owned by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia (60%) and the remaining is held by the public (40%).  As of December 2016, Bank BTN conducted business operations in all parts of Indonesia under the management of 65 branch offices and 1,830 ATMs.

According to PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk in its Annual Report 2016 as cited by JobsCDC.com, Bank BTN effectively recorded an increase in total assets by 24.66%, which is Rp214.17 trillion, compared to Rp171,81 trillion in 2015. Nett profit in 2016 was recorded at Rp2.62 trillion, or 41.49% growth as compared with total net profit in the previous year of Rp1.85 trillion.

Requirements

• Indonesian citizens (WNI).
• Male and Female.
• Maximum age of 24 years old (not repeated in the 25th years on the recruitment year).
• Single/not married and willing not to get married for 2 years.
• Education
• • CS : Minimum requirement of Associate Degree (D3) in any field with minimum GPA of 2.75 (scale 4.00).
  • TS :  Minimum requirement of Senior High School (SMA) or equivalent with average national exam score of at least 7.
• Minimum height of 160 cm for Male and 155 cm for Female.
• Preferably good looking and have proportional weight.
• Does not have any family relationship with an employee of Bank BTN (father / mother / son / daughter / brother / sister).
• Willing to undergo a bond for 3 years.

Requirements

• Minimum requirement of Undergraduate Degree (S1) with minimum GPA of 3.00 (scale 4.00), preferably majoring in Economics (Management, Accounting, and Development Studies), Law (Civil and Criminal), Computer Science / Informatics Engineering, Engineering (Civil, Architectural, Electrical), Psychology and Statistics.
• Minimum height of 160 cm for Male and 155 cm for Female.
• Preferably good looking and have proportional weight.
• Does not have any family relationship with an employee of Bank BTN (father / mother / son / daughter / brother / sister).
• Willing to undergo a bond for 3 years.
