PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) - PLN later known as "PT PLN (Persero)" is the largest state-owned electricity power company in Indonesia, based in Jakarta. PT PLN (Persero) operates primarily as an electricity power provider in Indonesia. PT PLN (Persero) has a right to monopoly on electricity distribution in Indonesia. Its business include generation, distribution, transmission and other electricity related services. PT PLN (Persero) is a non listed company and is 100% owned by the Government of Indonesia. In term of financial performance, PT PLN (Persero) maintain consistency in making positive performance in 2015. According to PT PLN (Persero) Annual Report 2015 as cited by JobsCDC.com, the Company successfully recorded its total revenue of Rp 217,347 billion in 2015, an increase of 12.37% (yoy) from the previous year (Rp 193,418 billion in 2014). Total net profit in 2015 amounted to Rp 15,585 billion. This reflected an 11.28% increase as compared with Rp 14,004 billion in 2014.

General Requirements

• Single/Unmarried and willing not to get married during the "Diklat Prajabatan" training program.
• Preferably Male.
• Age limit:
• • S1 / D. IV: Birth in 1991 and thereafter.
  • D-III: Birth in 1993 and thereafter.
• Grade Point Average (GPA) ≥ 2.75 on a 4.00 grade scale. For overseas graduates : should do the conversion GPA each with a GPA scale of 4 (4 being the highest value).

Test location : Bandung, Surabaya, Palembang, Jayapura, and Kupang.
